Basic Sofrito


Ingredients
1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 teasp. oregano

10 garlics

1/2 onion

1/2 cup recao o cilantro

Preparation: 
Peel and rinse ingredients. Dry and cut in cubes or use the Food Processor. Put
in an ice tray. Place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer. When the cubes
are formed put them in a ZipLog bag. Use them in soups, broth, stews, etc.
